6 Reasons Why You Should QUIT FACEBOOK

Our love of social media seems to have grown and grown in the past decade, but recent studies show the trend may be turning for some platforms, with young people in particular ditching Facebook. The main question is; Would quitting Social make you happy?
Yes it would and here 6 reasons why you should:

1. You feel like your own person. You live life fully and on your terms rather than trying to shape it into what looks good online. You get the opportunity to live an authentic life.

2. You get the chance to increase your productivity. You save time surfing through an ocean of irrelevant content. You are free from the tremendous noise, distraction and temptation of Facebook. You actually have time to do something more resourceful and worthwhile.

3. You spend real time with real friends. You are free from the detractors of Facebook and you could actually catch up with your friends. You also have the chance to distinguish your real friends from those who hang around because of what they see online.

4. You nurture and develop a more positive mindset. You are cut out from the omnipresent negativity of Facebook. People complain just about everything and anything.  You are free from that stress.

5. You develop a real and better self esteem. You wouldn't have to suffer from anxiety and the feeling that you are a failure. You are free from feeling that people are living their dreams plus your dreams while you are still stucked on dreaming.

6. You don't need any body's approval to live your life. You don't need validation to carry on with doing you by the number of likes, comments and shares of your status update. You the BOSS.
